I think the traffic counter is down again. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yanno, I once got the hits counter fixed by contacting the help email for new categories/characters instead of general support. I suspect that the person responsible for general support simply ignores emails and needs a seriuos kick in the butt. But the one fromcategories/characters responded right away and fixed within 24 hours...
