not counting hits?

Anyone else think FFN is missing hits from readers?  Sometimes I think the visitors and hits are not being recorded at all and other times I think hits to individual chapters aren't getting counted.  I have a reader who told me in a message she read a chapter and there's no record from her unique country that she did.  ?

I'm new here, so hi *waves*

Anyways, today I got off school sick, so I was like 'yay, I can finally update my story'. Well, I get on to FFN to find its doing that annoying thing where everything bunches together... its hard to explain, but it looks like this:




I figured it doesn't matter. Its REALLY annoying, but doesn't actually stop me doing anything. But then when I went to 'my stories' it wouldn't list my stories! So annoying. Does anyone else have this problem? The bunchy-up thing? Does anyone have a solution?
