Holy Hell, Why?

So earlier today I was browsing FFN and blah blah blah looking at my fandoms. I decided to take a nap...which lasted 3 hours, but that's not important. Anyways, when I got back to FFN, and looked at a chapter, the Chapter Navigation Arrow Thingies changed shaped. I was like okay, not too big nor horrifically grrr-worthy. What did make me po'ed, was the giant open TEXT BOX at the bottom where the dear Review button was at. It also has different tabs of like 30 social websites and one for FFN. As nice as it is to have the text box there, must it be OBNOXIOUSLY big? And ugly...

It makes me wonder who's designing the website now, and where such grotesque taste came from.

I am pissed as hell with the not allowing to block anonymous comments. I had a stalker for 6 months who posted under 2 separate accounts, which I blocked, and then hit me anonymously. I had to turn off anonymous comments to save my sanity. Now I'm going to have anxiety attacks every time a 'guest' comment comes through.

Geez. Was the stalker a creepy stalker or a trolling stalker?

I'm sorry to hear about that...I'd think I'd have anger issues instead of anxiety attacks...

Trolling stalker, but verging on creepy since it went on for so long. They initially accused me of plagiarism which was the most ridiculous thing ever. I pointed out how unfounded it was, so they then left destructive "criticism" on other stories. Didn't bother reporting them because ffnet would have thought it okay.

Problem is I have a pretty severe anxiety disorder and my body just reacts.

Maybe it was one of the dicks from CU. Some of them have deep psychological issues. At least in my opinion. xD

It was someone from within the fandom, I had my suspicions who but didn't have the proof. Their comments were usually rude, framed as "criticism", and had at least 2 sock puppet accounts. I attracted their ire by pointing out their lack of reading comprehension.

Yea, there are always people like that. The best you can do it ignore them, but with these new "features" it'll be hard.

I'm seeing a lot of hate for these new "features" under the fanfiction.net tag. Maybe enough people will send the admins hate mail.

I doubt they will do anything. FFN seems to not even consider suggestions or anything of the like and just do what they want. It's very worrying, as people should better themselves but the admins of FFN just get lower on my people poll. (They're passed hell just so you know.)

I think they also purposely use the hate mail to fuel more hate.

When I sent an email to the support email, I did it because I saw this as allowing people to bully others threw guest reviews.
