I CAN'T LOG-IN! T.T

Hello fellow Fanfiction.Net users (and ranters, LOL...).

I have came across this community when I was searching Google on how to fix my log-in problem at the said site. After entering my e-mail and password, my account doesn't appear and displays the log-in form again, incorporated with this message: Log-in failed. Invalid image verification. And I would be shouting like "WTF? THERE WERE NO CAPTCHA OR ANY DAMN IMAGE IN THAT FORM FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE". And I tried re-loading the page for like a hundred times already, but with no avail. I have already cleared my browser's cookies (and the whole cache and history as well) but then again, attempt failed. It's been like this for three weeks already people, and if somebody here could advice me of something that could fix this problem, I'll be definitely grateful.

PS: Just please don't advice me of sending an e-mail to support@fanfiction.com because that site is useless, seriously.

What browser do you use? Do you have any add-ons installed?

My default browser is Google Chrome. But when that message showed up while I was using that browser, I tried to use Firefox and IE 8, all with the same result. And nope, I don't have any add-ons installed on my Chrome, Firefox and IE 8. :D

Yeah, I had to send both FF and FP emails b/c for some reason on both accounts, the stats stop showing up for 1-2 days then start back filling for the missing days and then stop counting again. They both stopped counting again this morning.

This apparently isn't impacting many accounts but it's definitely doing that with mine because I'm going from 0 to 300 on FF and 0 to 1400 on FP pretty quickly.
Then the next day, zero again.
