New compliant. If a reviewer has their PM system disabled you can't reply to their review.

The fact isn't but now that the reviews are done through the PM system you can't. Before they were sent to the person's email.

As far as I can tell. I tried to reply to someone and couldn't because they had disabled their PMs.

Ugh, I know. Especially when somebody sent me a review asking me a question, and now I can't answer it for them! *headdesk*
