Sporadic Document Conversion Errors?

So, I had an odt file I wanted to submit to the document manager. Imagine my surprise when ff.n barfed and errored out on the conversion!

I retried with a doc-saved format and then a little later with the odt file again. Both seemed to work.

Has anyone else noticed random errors like this?

EDIT: As noted in later entries, this error has worsened.

Oh, ff.net absolutely did this to me last night. Odt docs would take away all spaces in bold or italic sentences, and copyingnpasting did not save any formatting. I finally was able to upload a doc file at about 3am... And have only gotten two reviews, where I typically get 15. I do not care about the number usually, but it makes me wonder how well updating it actually went.
