One of the things that irritates me the most is the fact that there is no message or anything when it goes down. No "Hey-sorry-about-this-working-on-the-problem-should-be-back-online-in-XX-hours" Because sitting and refreshing the site every 15 seconds is not exactly me making me little miss sunshine.

I know! My browser crashed right before it went down and so, the tabs I loaded a few seconds ago? Can't access them. And I have no idea when I'll be able to again. At the very least give us an error message! Ugh!
