Fanfiction.net... I don't get your filing system for fandoms.
You give Final Fantasy X and X-2 separate sections, even though they take place in the same universe. Final Fantasy I-VI are games with their own separate timelines and universes and should not be clustered together in the same section. This makes finding fanfiction for Final Fantasy VI very hard because aside from the character filter, there is no way to find FFVI fics.

FF.Net has been known to alter their categories in the past by creating separate categories for Author X's various book series instead of having just one category with the author's name. Unlike it seems, the admins actually do respond to feedback sometimes, so if this is a big problem in the FF fandom, I would suggest giving it a try. Of course, then there would be the problem of sorting all the fics into the right categories, which could end up messy.
Edited for spelling.
