Account management is such a pain in the ass because FF.net doesn't allow you to do the simplest of things like just plain deleting your old account etc or removing network accounts.

On top of that, their support system is so understaffed, the only way to make sure they get back to you is to constantly forward your email so that it gets pushed to the top of the pile.
