Question: How long does it take them to update character lists in the fandom categories??

I have sent two emails to the proper address they list on the site, containing a small list of characters for the show that I am crushing on right now, that have not been added thus far. I followed all the rules they stated in how they wanted the characters names to be formatted. - Yet, two emails, one per week, and so far, bupkiss.

Does anyone have experience with how long it takes them to update such things?

Is the site crashing for anyone else?

Might just be because of my old browser, but it's still a new problem for me.  Basically, I keep getting the "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close" error every time I visit a certain section.
