Story Alerts...

Is anyone still having problems with the story alerts? Im seeing a number of people saying that its been resolved for them but.... wth.... I still cant get ANYTHING!! :(
I signed in and checked manually and there are dozens of new chapters added to my favourite stories!
Am I the only one still having a problem with this??
