Document Manager problem

Hi

My document manager has gone all strange.  It was fine a few days ago but now when I go into any documents that I have got listed they are all displaying weird.

The edit feature that use to display above each document has gone, so I no longer have bold, italic etc to choose from - they just aren't there!

Also the document itself is all scrunched up - shows only about 2 lines with a small scroll bar on the side.  It use to display a lot more (about 100 lines or so).

What this all means is that I can't edit anything etc which means I'm very reluctant to post new chapters as they are going to look very strange.

I have emailed the support desk but have heard that a reply from them can take weeks, months or years or not at all.

I am hoping that when I log in tomorrow it has fixed itself but wondered if anyone else has up across this before and how it was fixed.
