Since I posted the original rant on fanficrants, he's since changed his user name twice and posted a Top Gear fanfic that also isn't his.

I know that the community is for ranting about FF.Net, but I just had such a positive experience that I decided to share it to show that there's hope.

Yesterday I requested a new category for a certain anime series. To my massive surprise, the category was added today, and I got a friendly e-mail about it from one of the admins. Even better, they had done some extra work and found out how the name of the series is written in kanji. I was prepared to wait for months before anything was done. Awesome.
