Punctuation

The other day, I decided to post a story I had been working on for a few months. No problems there. I checked, and rechecked, and went through the whole song and dance of getting the thing operation--particularly since FF.net is really good a screwing things up. Everything looks clear, so I press the "submit" button. Goes through without a hitch. Mentally high-five myself on a job well-done.

So I check my email today, and there's a review stating that while my story ideas are good, I need to add quotation marks, because without them, the dialogue is very hard to read. I pause and then go look up my story. Sure enough, FF.net had eaten all of my punctuation, except for periods and commas. It looked fine when I posted it in all the previews! So I just spent an extra 30-40 minutes, uploading, and re-uploading chapters to see if I could get the punctuation to stay put, then re-made the story. Hopefully the marks will stay in place.

Anyone else running into this?

So I'm having a spot of difficulty with fanfiction.net, and it's become very annoying. Basically, I can't review anything because the review button just plain ain't workin' for me. Golly, why'd they ever move it outta the drop-down menu where the rest of the options are, anyway? But the thing is, where the review button should be is just text that reads: "Review this Story/Chapter". Just plain text like the rest of the chapter. And I'm pretty sure it should be a grayish button with, I think, green text. But it should be clickable and not like it is.

That's what I see, and I'm not sure what the problem is. Is this plaguing anyone else? Could it maybe be a problem with my computer? Whenever I load a page, the button flashes into existence for a split second before going to regular text. It's most curious. So that is my rant, and if any of you denizens of the interwebs can offer assistance in this matter, it would be much appreciated. I've read some great fics recently, and I really want to tell the authors what I think.
