would someone mind telling me please why ffn allows flamers to run amok?
these spoiled little tyrants of the web are extremely abusive and love to brag about it. these twerps even create multiple accounts so if you block one name they just jump to or create another name.
it seems to me that this is one of the sites that tolerates and does nothing about this problem.
and if you try to report the harassment  they do nothing. that is if you can report it.

just tell me why.
