What do they pay their abuse team?

FFnet, what do you pay your abuse team? More to the point, what do they do to earn their keep?

I can only think that your report server's crashed. Lots of people, from the same section of your site, have been reporting this stupid idiot for the past two weeks. Nothing he posts is a real story, most of what he posts is offensive nonsense, his latest non-story contains an outside link that he somehow got past your otherwise strict filters (!) and now he's even taken to plagiarising other people's summaries. And yet, you've done nothing so far.

Is it because he rates his fics M, and so you don't see them straight away? Are you unaccountably deluged with mail at the moment? Has your computer gone down?

And if it's none of these, what do you pay your abuse team? Because I might be looking to do their job better.
