Where'd it go to?!?

Hi! *waves* New comm member, but in possession of a 4-digits-only FFnet user ID ...

Anyway, my paid account is going to expire in two weeks or so. I know that most of the extra features are now available to all users, but I love me my little perks ... only, I can't find ANY place where I can renew said paid account.

Help, please? Anyone?

Story updated or not? Make up your minds!

Honestly, this site makes me so angry sometimes. I have update alerts for a story I'm following and received an email alert an hour ago saying the story had been updated and containing a link to the 13th chapter. I clicked on the link and instead of the new chapter, received this damn error message!

Chapter not found. Please check to see you are not using an outdated url.

New chapter/story can take up to 15 minutes to show up.

So, is the story updated or not?! Now I just went to the category page for the series and the story is listed at the top, but only with the first 12 chapters.

I have repeatedly gone to FF.net's support site (before they got rid of it) and emailed them at support@fanfiction.net and asked them to get rid of this problem, but it still occurs intermittently.

This is one of the most unprofessional sites I've come across. The only reason I have an account there is because it's the 8 million pound gorilla of fanfiction. What other choice is there really?
