Can't post new stories

For several weeks now, I have been unable to post new stories.

I go: Publish -> New Story -> select category -> continue

and then I am on a blank page! Nothing! It just doesn't render! I have agreed to the rules and such, so it's not that. It just doesn't give me a page where I can enter title, summary, upload fic, etc.

Anyone else have this problem? I've cleared cache, tried Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and IE. Tried Linux and Windows.

I've emailed support on ffnet twice, but I got no response. I'm not expecting one.

Help?

Have you turned off your pop up blocker? Try incognito mode to see if it works. An extension could be blocking it. A little window should be coming up.

Try clearing your cache then reboot and see if that does it. I had a similar problem with Yahoo (curse the name) and that's what finally worked.

The last time the site was having issues, I tried tweeting them instead of emailing and things were fixed within a couple of hours. Granted, they never responded to me directly, so it could be that they were already aware of the situation and working on a fix, but you might get faster results that way.

I've been having the same problem, I've tried:

Making new account
Using different internet connection
Different devices
Emailing them.

NOTHING!

Sorry if I'm bringing up an old topic, but I've been scouring the internet for answers—and this is the problem I've been having exactly. Different devices, different browsers, incognito mode, disabling the ad blocker—I tried everything I could think of (though I haven't emailed them yet), but nothing seems to work.

So you created a new account with a different email, and that did the trick?
