Anyone else can't update stories today?

New stories can be posted, but when I try to go into manage stories, I get a user error. Have since first thing this morning. Since only new stories have been showing up in my fandom today, I guess it's not just me. Grumble, and I spent all weekend getting several chapters ready to post.

Seems to be sporadic online. or they are updating all in the morning and not live anymore.

Don't freak people out with updates like this. They are updating all day. I have been getting my notifications.

Congrats, you seem to be the only one yesterday. *g* Only new stories were showing up in my fandom and all of my friends that were trying to update yesterday weren't able to. Today, I was able to update both stories, but they haven't shown up on the feed and it's been over 2 hours.

To top it off they won't/can't or DON'T CARE to release a news flash explaining what the problem is and/or what they're doing to address this! They haven't updated their news section since November 25th of last year. You'd THINK they'd have the decency to let users know what the hell's going on....sheesh.

The "support@fanfiction.com" kills me -- what a laugh!!!

I've learned from past experiences that it does no good to e-mail their help desk. They never reply back. FF.Net is acting as if it wants users to abandon its site. They keep this up and it'll happen. Maybe this is what they want (which is exactly why I have all my stories backed on several places just in case they do a
fly-by-night)

Yeah, me too. I can't manage stories either. >.< It seems like a world-wide thing because I've seen a bunch of people with the same problem. ;-; I hope they fix it soon!

I've been trying to update my story since 3:30am this morning. I keep getting the same error. I've sent 3 e-mails to fanfiction support and haven't gotten anything back.

I had this problem yesterday (couldn't even get to the 'manage stories' page) and this morning (able to get to 'manage stories' but errored if I tried a specific story); just been able to update a fic with two new chapters.

Some fandoms haven't had a story update in 23 hours. Just in page shows one posted an hour ago and people on tumblr are saying story alerts have good links in it.

Don't bother the support people. They don't care about us. The only time I contacted them was when I wasn't getting enough hits once and they fixed it, but since then, they have never replied. I think they like to pretend that there are no problems.
