How long does it take for them to respond?

So two weeks ago, I emailed fanfiction.net about adding a character to the character list on the Degrassi fanfic archive. I have yet to get an email back and they have yet to add the character onto the list. I asked for characters to be added before and they were added within a few days.

lol! They did once, atleast. With two or three days. But...the site is a bit screwed up. I mean...in the Degrassi fic archive, they have the same character listed twice. Not to mention a few weeks ago where stories suddenly went missing, only to resurface again an hour or so later.
