Login permanently down?

I've been trying to access my account for a while now. Every time I hit the login button, the tab just reads "connecting" and never moves on from there. I can't even load the review box and sneak in from there. I've read about these issues before, but here's the thing-- it's been about two months now. Or however long that last big update was that changed the login-website. Ugh... has anyone else been having this problem?
