I'm pretty ticked off here.  First, they ignore you whenever you contact them.  But then they can suddenly allegedly review and decide to delete your story?  And over what?  The fact that they felt it should have been rated higher?  Their ratings guidelines are extremely vague.  I gave it the rating I thought was appropriate.  It takes FIVE SECONDS to change the rating, and my fic was probably reported by some individuals who have been harassing me lately and wanted to mess with me.  They could have just contacted me and requested I change it.  Now I've got an infraction, no idea if my other stories will be targeted, and I've lost all my reviews.  Anyone know of a way to challenge a story's deletion or get it reinstated?  And does anyone know of a site similar to ff.net where the staff actually does their jobs and such stories are not deleted?  Not anything like adultfanfiction, though.  I mean a site where more mature stories are not frowned upon, but where you aren't swimming in them, especially the more disturbing ones.

I'm seeing posts from tumblr where others have had their stories removed. For the just in case, I'm putting these links here for those who want to move. Sadly you can't import from ff.net like you used to unless they recently fixed that problem and I didn't know about it.

By now, it's becoming an epidemic.  Fanfiction.net is deleting stories at a rapid pace, for every minor infraction.  Stories and all their reviews are being lost for incorrect ratings, racy content, and inappropriate words in the summaries.  Stories that really don't deserve it are being victimized, and something needs to be done.  It may be futile, but I say we all try emailing support@fanfiction.com and standing up for our stories!  We deserve the chance to fix things like incorrect ratings or summaries that are not considered appropriate.  And We should be able to have stories that are a little racy, provided they don't go too far.  We can't just take this sitting down!

There are some posting about their stories and accounts getting deleted due to explicit stuff in the M rating.

Is there anyway to let my readers know that my back ups or whatever can be found on AO3? Is there a way to mass email them or would I have to PM everyone that has faved and alerted my work?
