Help!

I'm desperate at this point and support at FF.Net has uniformly ignored me for almost a month, so I'm hoping someone can help.

I can't sign in at all, can't post, can't do anything from my home computer with Windows 7 Home on FF.Net, though I manage just fine on my work computer. I managed to post from my work computer onto the support forum at FF.Net and got the following advice  that I don't understand from a user who had the same problem:

"We were able to determine that the drivers needed to be removed and reinstalled for my internet. So if anyone else has this issue for this, or similur sites, with windows 7, I would try that."

I don't understand this. I searched Google for info on reinstalling drivers and all it talks about is drivers for hardware--what the hell are drivers for the Internet?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
