notifications/reviews down?

I posted a chapter earlier this morning to one of my stories and received one review shortly after posting, but nothing since then.  Based on history and the number of hits, I'm starting to wonder if reviews and new alerts aren't coming through. I sent a review on one of the stories I follow a couple of hours ago and that hasn't shown up either.
