Grrr! So, no notifications means no one knows I updated, so no hits on the new chapter except the one from me to test if the stats are working. They are, which is something at least. But I've deleted the chapter and I'll repost another time. Mine is a tiny fandom, and a slowly updating story. If my readers don't get a notification, they won't know there's a new chapter til I post the one after this. Assuming the site is working then. If it even still exists!

I'm getting so sick of this hit and miss shit. Why, if something is working fine, don't they just not do anything? And then presumably it will continue to work fine. I've never known a site go wrong as often as this. I'm half convinced they do it just to piss us off!

Thank goodness for AO3 and the fandom specific site I post on, or I'd probably give up writing altogether!
