Login Down?

It might just be me, but it seems it might be down again, because I've been told about eight times now that 'We are unable to process your request right now to the Login area and we apologize for this brief inconvenience.' 

One minutes, I'm able to log in, and next its telling me that I can't -.-

EDIT: It hasn't been working for the past fifteen minutes now -.-
