Is Fanfictionrating.com down or gone?

I was just checking the content guidelines to help get details for reporting a fanfic and noticed the section that tells you about ratings is gone and replaced with a 404 Not Found Error. So is this a recent problem or is fanfictionrating.com completely gone?

I would like to know because I know I will have use for those rating guidelines.

Edit: Just check and it is back.
