Search engine failure

Has anyone else noticed that when you try to get the most recent update in the search engine that they are not the most recent at all? Mine have come up as the top most being August 10th and all of them are in a variety of update dates. They are mixed up and in no order at all. I have notified the support team, but everyone knows how they are, slow to fix anything.
