AGGGH! Document Manager won't load

Hi,

I did so much writing today I was so proud of my muse but alas, this afternoon, I can't even load document manager on fanfiction. net (and it's not working on sister site, Fiction Press either) and it just keeps saying it's "waiting" to load and then it finally loaded!

All right, frigging awesome, my muse said. Then I try to upload a document to the manager site and guess what, I get this stupid internal error message saying my document can't be processed for some reason. So I try to do the copy and paste on the old document method to bypass the upload mechanism and it takes AGES for even an old chapter on document manager to load, in fact I've got an old one that's been spinning around for 15 minutes now that still hasn't loaded.

I don't know if it's just me. I sent useless emails to support but DANG, here's a message to the powers that aren't at that site.

My muse, she's sad, she's been so productive but once again, this site doesn't seem to be working at least for me.
