Anyone else tired of not being able to read new stories/chapters?

I have been having this problem since Tuesday afternoon, and I have sent five e-mails to support about it. (Even though I know everyone says they never do anything about e-mails they receive, and I am starting to feel like I am talking to a wall.) The site keeps wanting to reset to sometime on the 4th, and sometimes a story is accessible, and then a few minutes later it won't be. And stories keep disappearing from the list. When I first access it, it's showing actual new stories, then I go back a page, and suddenly it's showing stories from January 3rd. I'm starting to agree with all the people that say they want to leave the site, but unfortunately, I can't seem to find stories about my favorite characters anywhere else.
