Newest chapter disappears/comes back?

The newest chapter of my fic (chapter posted yesterday around noon EDT) keeps disappearing and coming back from the list-page, but it is still there if you go to the second-to-newest and then click next. It has gone missing/come back twice that I have noticed, always with several hours in between.

Anyone else experienced this?
