Reporting abuse at ff.net

I'm just wondering if they ever do anything about it? Someone has posted an attack on me on their profile page and I've reported it twice without hearing anything back. The person concerned is pretty well known for being crazycakes in her fandom so it doesn't bother me as such, and I'm not a writer - I just read, so she's not going to ruin my reputation at all. But I'd like it followed up since it must be against their guidelines and I don't see why she should get away with it…
