Section breaks gone… again

WTF? Just spent half the afternoon reinstating all the section breaks to my stories on FF. Third time I've had to do it and it is freaking vexing, since a couple of them are really long stories with 5000 word+ chapters and several sections, so IT BURNS. I had been using asterisks, but now am trying a row of three xs. Anyone noticed that problem today? Better check, guys.

Also, all my smart apostrophes/quote marks are now ugly straight ones. :/
