Double notifications problem

falknerLately I've been receiving double notifications for everything.
At first I thought that maybe a couple of authors posted a new chapter, decided to take it down, then uploaded it again. But it's been happening with most stories and forum posts. C2 notifs don't seem to have this problem.
Anyone having the same problem?
