Probably one of a number of irritated messages they've been getting over the past few days. It's the lack of communication that most annoys me.

Dear Support:

You probably know that many fanfiction.net members (all of them?) are experiencing broken stats. This began some time on Tuesday April 6th, with no stats at all recorded for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or (so far) on Sunday.

Do you have any sense of where the problem lies, and/or is anything being done to fix it? I assume it's being worked on, but with no communication on the main page (the most recent information is an April 2nd news item about tweaking the navigation menu) none of us really have any idea.

The traffic statistics are a useful feature of fanfiction.net and it is frustrating not to see the problem acknowledged.
