Can anyone help me?

OK, so FF won't load properly for me. Earlier today, it was working fine and now when I try to go to the page, it takes forever to load and the layout's all funny looking when it does. I can't log in and when the page is loading, it says at the bottom "Connecting to c.fanfiction.com"..I was wondering if you could help me solve this problem. A few people I've talked to said it works fine for them, but not for me and I don't know why. I'm not very good with computers.

Can anyone tell me what could possibly be wrong, or if any of you have experienced this? What did you do?
