WTH is this?

I'm not that upset that ff.net is giving me a butt-load of the usual errors tonight. Really, I'm sure I will be able to fix this eventually.

However, right now I am flat out pissed off because why in hell is clicking on the drop-down "support/help" button sending me to webmail.neopets.com!? At least have the decency to send me to another error page on the ff.net site! I didn't think it was possible for them to sink this far into the lamesauce.

Okay... >.< While I'm ranting, anyone know how to fix a fic that shows up on your stats and such but if you click on it you keep getting an error telling you that it isn't there? Will it show up in a little while, or should I wait a bit and upload the whole thing again? Obviously ff.net has no intention of helping with anything here. EDIT: Well, now it's working as well (or as badly) as anything uploaded in the last two days, so I guess waiting a bit was the key.

EDIT CONTINUED: And now everything that was updated yesterday or today has gone *poof* yet apparently re-appears if you set the rating to "all" and hit "go." (This is stuff of all ratings, that was up as normal when I posted an hour ago.) Color me confused.
