Boo for racism

You know what I wish?  I wish there was a way to report someone who has no stories up but goes around reviewing people and then responding to the author's polite responding PM using racial slurs and what have you.  The following terms are generally considered highly offensive and/or incredibly racist, at least where I'm from:

I know there's a user ID blocker, but if there was a way to get the guy off the damn site, it'd be even better.  It's people like him that give the US a bad name.

Anyone out there have the e-mail address for the abuse team, since, you know, the page no longer exists, and if it does, they don't link to it any more?

Edited to clarify: I can't report him via reporting a story because he hasn't got any, which is why I'm wondering if anyone has the abuse team e-mail.
