This is just my guess. It's possible the chapter hasn't "shown up" on the site yet, and that's their way of preventing you from reviewing a chapter that doesn't yet exist.

Either that, or the message means "our server is shit."

Well, nobody intentionally reviews a chapter that doesn't exist. If they can see it, then obviously, it exists.

All I'm suggesting is that ff.net probably has some strange rules to go with their even stranger servers. Of course, I'm no admin or programmer there, so I could be wrong.
