Can't upload?

I'm trying to upload a new story, but for some reason the doc manager won't let me. I select the film and click submit document and it just loads and loads then eventually gives up. It won;t let me copy and past either, or edit an old document to make it into my new one. I've been trying this since last night, other people are adding stories, but it seems to have taken against me. Is anyone else having issues?

Have you updated your browser lately? It might be an extension incompatibility.

I've managed to log in, but it randomly refuses to let me even read, reardless if I'm logged in or not.
